Does OneDesk have the capability to brand the customer interface?




You can brand any of the customer-facing tools included with OneDesk including, the portal, knowledgebase, web widget, live chat messenger, and webforms.

To change the colors, logo and greetings for the customer apps, navigate to Administration > choose the app you want to change, and go to the Appearance tab.
