How can we get our web portal up and running?




First, you will want to modify any permissions, visibility, and appearance settings of your portal based on your preferences. You can do so from Administration > Tickets Portal.

Next, provide your customers access to your portal or other apps. You can go to More Applications > Administration > Customer Apps. Here you can copy the links to the different customer apps in order to link to them from your website.  Or, you can embed the web widget onto your site. You can learn more about this and the different ways to deploy your apps here.
