What options do I have to get the OneDesk forms onto my website?




To add forms from OneDesk onto your website, you have a few different options.


1. Link to a form from your website. To find the URL for webforms, go to Administration → Customer Apps → Customer Apps List tab → under the column Customer Access URL. 



2. Embed the web widget onto your webpage. This will enable the customer app widget to appear on your website, which can be enlarged and minimized. You can find the JavaScript snippet for embedding the widget inside the administration panel of your OneDesk account, under Administration  → Customer Apps  → Mobile-Friendly App Settings. Then click the “Generate Snippet” link.



3. Embed a form via iFrame onto a page of your website. This will allow you to embed one webpage inside of another. This is done using the iFrame HTML tag found below, and replacing "yourURI" with your unique URI found by navigating to More Applications  → Administration  → Company Preferences.
