Can I talk to a real person at OneDesk?




When you send a message to OneDesk, you may receive a message from our AI bot when we are offline. When OneDesk is online, you will receive messages from a real human agent first.


During our offline hours, when the AI bot responds to your question, you can continue the conversation with the AI or wait until we are back online. Once we are online, a real human will review the conversation and continue where you left off. If your email is connected to the conversation or ticket, you will receive an email if you close the chat.


If you receive a response from the AI bot that it cannot answer your question, don't worry, an agent will be sure to follow-up with you.
