Do I need to request a quote to subscribe to OneDesk?




You do not need to request a quote from the OneDesk team. You can start a free 14 day trial by visiting our sign-up page.


When you are ready to subscribe to OneDesk, you can navigate to More Applications > Administration > Subscription. Here you can set your currency, the number of user licenses you will need, and whether you would like to pay annually or monthly. Choose the plan you'd like, and click subscribe. 

After subscribing, you can also update your payment method, add user licenses, and change your plan from this subscription page. 




For HIPAA accounts, you can request a quote here.

For on-premise accounts you can request an invoice here.
