FAQ

In order to edit an existing saved reply, navigate to More Applications > Knowledge Center > Saved Replies tab and click on the action icon (three dots) next to the reply you wish to edit. 

To find the reply you are looking for, use the search function in the top right. You can pin saved replies so they will appear every time you need to use one.  To learn more about creating and managing saved replies, see our Knowledgebase Article here.
