Can I add an attachment to a KB article?




Yes, you can add an attachment to your knowledgebase articles. Open your knowledgebase article by going to More Applications > Knowledge Center on the left sidebar. Double click to open the kb article detail panel. 

Click the 'Attach File' button on the article detail panel.  The file will be visible at the bottom of the article. The file will be available for view or download.
