What kind of questions can the bot answer?




OneDesk's AI bot, Odie, uses the OneDesk Knowledgebase to answer incoming questions. This means it gets smarter as more content is created and added to the Knowledgebase.


It is able to assist you with questions about OneDesk's features and functionality, as well as straight-forward how to's, etc.


If you have a more complex question, the bot will try to answer based off of the information it has, but a live agent will follow up with you once OneDesk support is online.
