How can I submit a request?




There are a variety of requests you can submit to OneDesk such as for a feature or quote. 


Document Signature Request Form: Fill out this form if you require OneDesk to sign or complete a document. For compliance documents, please be sure if this is covered by GDPR. We cannot guarantee that we will sign individual contracts but if you require it, please fill out the form and we will consider it.

Request Quote for Menu of Services Form: We offer optional paid services for setup, customization, and training. You can request a quote for these services by filling in this form. To view available services, see our menu of services. Find the quote for paid services form here.


Request Quote for HIPAA Form: Fill in this form if you are interested in getting a price quote for HIPAA-enabled licences. Once you complete the form we will get back to you within one working day.

Request Invoice for On-Premise Form: Fill in this form if you are interested purchasing the on-premise version of OneDesk. We will send you the invoice for the number of users licenses you require.
