I accidently deleted a ticket. Can I restore it?




It is possible to recover deleted tickets within 7 days of deletion. Go to the Tickets App > Project scope selector > Click the display projects icon at the top right (typically the blue "Followed projects" icon) and select "Scheduled for deletion."



Now if you select "Deleted items," you will be able to see all tickets that have been deleted in the past 7 days. 


Click the action icon (three dots) and restore the ticket.


Clear the red 'Deleted Items' filter from the breadcrumbs at the top to return to your followed projects.
