OneDesk offers two mobile options for users. First is the iOS/Android apps available for download on each respective app store. Second, the mobile-friendly web browser-based application (referred to as Mobile-Friendly OneDesk or MFOD), which is accessible by logging in from a mobile browser.
For information on the customer’s mobile experience please refer to: Mobile Customer Experience
What can users see on the iOS/Android app and Mobile-Friendly OneDesk?
On the mobile applications a user should see the same items they would see inside the main app. As such, users will see the items and conversations they are assigned to or items they have requested.
Similarly, user permissions correspond to those applied within the main application.

On the Mobile Friendly OneDesk, users can filter the view of their items from the right side panel.
