OneDesk offers cloud, on-premise, and private cloud options. OneDesk On-Premise is a self-hosted solution, and can be installed on your own servers, AWS or MS Azure. Pricing for OneDesk On-Premise is the same as for our cloud offering, but is only available for annual or longer-term subscriptions. Move from cloud to on-premise

If you are a cloud customer and wish to move to an on-premise solution, we offer a  paid migration path. We can assist you to move all your data, users, and settings to an on-premise or private cloud version of OneDesk.

Note: On-Premise accounts must be on an annual subscription for the number of users in your account. If you are currently a monthly subscriber and want to switch to on-premise you would need to switch to an annual subscription.
