What does the integration do?

Synchronize work items between OneDesk and Visual Studio Online. 

Issues/tasks created in a mapped project in VSO will be automatically created in the corresponding OneDesk projects. As well, new tasks created in OD will be created in VSO. Updates to the following properties will be synced between OD and VSO > priority, name & description.
